1. Policy Timeframe

  • Exchanges: Permitted within 7 days from the date you receive your shipment.

  • Returns: Permitted within 3 days from the date you receive your shipment.

Any requests made after these periods will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Product Condition & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Original Condition: Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors (such as perfume, smoke, or detergent).

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in the exact original packaging they arrived in.

  • Brand Tag Integrity: The brand tag must remain attached and completely undamaged. If the tag is cut, tampered with, or removed, the item will automatically be considered used, and your right to a return or exchange will be permanently voided.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

Please note that due to hygiene and specific product nature, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • T-shirts

  • Accessories

5. Additional Notes

  • Shipping Fees: Delivery and return shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, additional shipping fees may apply for delivering the new item unless the return/exchange is due to a mistake or defect from our side.

  • Inspection: All returned items will undergo inspection upon arrival at our facility. Heavenly Culture reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if the item does not comply with our product condition guidelines.
